Currently i stay in Lagos,Nigeria,West Africa,and there are lots of Energy from The Youths in Nigeria; age bracket between 18 years and 25 years.And i also see a bit of creativity and raw passion in whatever venture they set to do,but what caught my attention is the performing Artiste in Nigeria,they are talented and creative as i mentioned earlier,they come up with Musical innovations that are disruptive and at times Incremental which makes them the darling and toast of African Modern Music.But what really baffles me is the Jackets,scarves,and winter boots they wear in very hot weather,Nigeria's temperature especially Lagos where majority of the performing Artiste are situated is between 28 degrees and 31 degrees.
They are role models to a lot of kids and these kids look up to them in a lot of ways.They claim they are afro hip hop artistes but what is afro about them?If they are afro hip hop artistes then they should depict it by wearing African. Thats my humble opinion
